Adamson University cools down University of Santo Tomas, 69-59, to claim its second straight win at the UAAP Season 88 men's basketball tournament at the Araneta Coliseum on Oct. 18, 2025. AJ Fransman racked up 18 points and two rebounds to lead the Soaring Falcons, who halted the Growling Tigers 3-game win run to rise to 3-4 for sixth place after the first round. Nic Cabanero pumped 23 points and five rebounds while Collins Akowe amassed 10 points and 16 boards for the Tigers, who dropped to 5-2 to for second place.
