When Mr. Sinhal is killed in Mumbai by an unknown assailant, Sharfuddin, the security guard for Varun's building, is taken into custody. Meanwhile, in Jaipur, Mr. Mehersingh finds out that Sinhal has passed away. Varun tells K.D. Pathak that he is innocent and asks him to save his security guard Sharfuddin, who was detained after killing Mr. Sinhal. In the jail, K.D. Pathak meets Sharfuddin.
