ACT not-for-profit helps people disability to buy homes

When it comes to achieving the dream of owning a home, the odds are stacked against people with an intellectual disability. They have some of the lowest rates of home ownership nationally. A Canberra-based not-for-profit has a plan to turn that around and one of its founders has just marked a major personal milestone.
