आज इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में शंकराचार्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद की अग्रिम जमानत याचिका पर महत्वपूर्ण सुनवाई होनी है। पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज होने के बाद शंकराचार्य ने गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया है। जस्टिस जितेंद्र कुमार सिन्हा की बेंच शुक्रवार को दोपहर बाद इस याचिका पर सुनवाई करेगी।

The Allahabad High Court is scheduled to hear an important anticipatory bail plea filed by Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda today. The Shankaracharya has approached the court seeking protection from arrest after being booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. A bench headed by Justice Jitendra Kumar Sinha will hear the petition on Friday afternoon.
