Water Buffalo as a Pet? Surprisingly Perfect Companion 🐃

About this video

Aside from being a bit large, the water buffalo might just be the perfect pet. When his owner plays games, he quietly sits nearby, keeping him company. And with those big round eyes, he actually looks pretty cute. Whenever his owner waves at him, he runs over like a 500-pound baby. During busy farming seasons, he helps plow the fields, pulling carts like he has endless strength. In the off-season, he helps transport goods—head down, focused, never complaining. Water buffaloes are incredibly gentle and understanding, even around kids. Once they're bigger, kids can even ride on their backs. And if the owner ever tries to sell him, he doesn’t fight—he simply kneels down, begging to stay. Because of his thick skin and lack of sweat glands, he loves cooling off in the water. That’s actually how he got his name—“water” buffalo. Once he's in the water, he transforms into a mythical beast and refuses to come out. And when he’s grazing, he’ll suddenly pause and stare—probably because the grass is just too tasty. He almost can’t believe it, like he accidentally ate someone’s crops. If he senses danger, he stops, opens his ears wide, listens carefully, and only when it’s safe… does he go back to eating.
