New Blueprint for Good Work | RSA Insights

The goal of the RSA Future of Work Programme is to ensure good work for all. We put forward five good work principles that unpack this idea: security, wellbeing, growth, freedom and identity affirmation. Many grassroots innovators are helping to make this idea a reality, from training boot camps that teach workers at risk of automation how to code, to FinTech start-ups providing workers in the gig economy with access to portable benefits. But in order to have a lasting impact on people’s working lives these innovators will need to engage with other actors in the work eco-system, including employers, trade unions and governments.
