I’m never happy with my form. I’m still learning every day, as well as still getting used being an imperfect human being 🤷🏻‍♂️

My own training notes:
*One part moves all parts move
*Synchronise breathing and movement.
*Remember air is a fluid
*Move the body like a great bow and the arms as if they are projectiles
*Follow the nature of the human body
*Surf the emptiness

On yin and Yang:
*Diminish follows create
*Shut follows open
*Observe the chirality of human movement
*Forwards follows backwards
*Natural follows unnatural
*Nothing follows something
