A huge collection of mummified heads was found in the temple of Ramses II in the ancient city of Abydos in southern Egypt

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said in a statement that a huge collection of mummified heads was found in the temple of Ramses II in the ancient city of Abydos in southern Egypt.<br />According to the ministry, <br />mummies of dogs,<br />mummies of goats, <br />mummies of cows, <br />mummies of gazelles ,<br />and <br />mummies of mongooses,<br /> were also found, left as offerings in the temple.<br />
