Behavioral Interventionists or RBTs create opportunities for generalization of skills in a variety of settings with clients. They are skilled, patient, understanding, and committed to the development of skills for each client with which they work. They also implement daily intervention plans for clients, collect relevant data agreed on by the therapy team, support parents, caregivers, and teachers, and collaborate with consultants on Behavior Support Plans and Skill Acquisition Targets.
