RSF pledges to take action against fighters guilty of war crimes in Sudan

After video evidence of summary executions of civilians in Sudan drew widespread condemnation, the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces claim they will take action against their own fighters who are guilty of war crimes. The Sudanese Armed Forces control most of the north and east of the country, including the capital Khartoum. But the paramililtary Rapid Support Forces control almost all of Darfur after capturing el-Fasher, where they aim to form a rival government.
