Impressive Survival Skills: Using Bamboo to Store Water

Bamboo stores water in its hollow segments for survival. From my observations, you can find this water in young stalks, particularly those near water sources or after prolonged heavy rains. The water undergoes natural filtration through the plant's roots and tissues, giving it a slightly sweet taste and making it drinkable. The young bamboo tissue is quite easy to pierce with a knife. Simply make one or two holes (at the top and bottom) to enjoy the refreshing bamboo water!
