How to Save Entire Workbook as PDF From Excel Suppose you have a workbook consists of several worksheets and you need to convert the entire workbook into PDF. In this tutorial we are going to save multiple excel sheets as one pdf. There are three ways to convert an entire workbook as pdf. Here they are: Procedure 1: First you need to setup the margin. I want the data to be saved at the center of the page that’s why I am setting up margin. Click on Page Layout. Click on the corner arrow and then select Margin. Setup the margin and center data if you want that. Now click on “File” and then “Save As”. Select the save as location and then select PDF from the save as type dropdown. Now click on “Options” and then select “Entire Workbook”. Click ok and done. Your entire workbook is converted as PDF. Procedure 2: Setup your margins if you want. The procedure to margin setup is same as above. Now click on “File” and then “Export”. Select “Create PDF/XPS Document” and then click “Create PDF/XPS”. Now click on “Options” and then select “Entire Workbook”. Click ok and done. Your entire workbook is converted as PDF. Now click on “Options” and then select “Entire Workbook”. Click ok and publish. Your entire workbook is converted as PDF. Procedure 3: Setup your margins if you want. The procedure to margin setup is same as above. To complete this procedure, you must have a PDF reader on your Now click on “File” and then “Print”. From the printer dropdown select your pdf reader that is installed on your Pc. From the settings dropdown and select “Print Entire workbook”. If you need to setup your margin you can do that from here also. Click on Page Setup and setup your margin. Now click on “Print” and select the location where you need the PDF. Click save. Your entire workbook is converted as PDF.
