Big Revelation – Renewed Equilibrium In all good archetypal stories, the biggest revelation is left until last. Glengarry Glen Ross turns out to be a ‘who done it’ halfway through the story, and as in all detective tales, the felon isn’t revealed until the end. We find out Aaronow has resisted Moss’s attempts to make him do the robbery and that Levine, in his desperation, has taken up the offer. In The Renewed Equilibrium, we see Aaronow going back to the grind. In the play, there was a double ending. The one we do not see in the film is where Roma is aware of what ‘Shelly Levine the machine’ is going down and immediately presses Williamson for Levine’s leads.
