The film is set in 1942, during the decline of the British Raj.
Narendra Singh falls in love with Rajeshwari Pathak amid political unrest.
Narendra’s father, Hari, serves the British General Douglas, notorious for killing revolutionaries.
Rajeshwari’s father, Raghuveer, is a revolutionary seeking revenge for his son’s death.
When Narendra asks for Rajeshwari’s hand, Raghuveer resists but later agrees after seeing his sincerity.
Hari deceives Narendra, betrays Raghuveer’s hideout, and causes his death.
Rajeshwari flees and joins Shubhankar, continuing her father’s revolutionary struggle.
Narendra, angered by his father’s betrayal, vows to fight for Rajeshwari’s cause.
Chanda, Major Bisht’s daughter, also joins after witnessing her father’s cruelty.
Narendra attempts to kill Douglas but is caught and sentenced to death.
Douglas orders a massacre, killing many including Chanda.
Shubhankar rescues Narendra, and Bisht changes sides after his daughter’s death.
Together, they kill Hari and Douglas, avenging the revolutionaries.
The film ends with the survivors hoisting the Indian flag in triumph.
