Steganography Analysis Reveals Hidden Malware in PNG File Using pngdump.py

Security researchers discovered a .NET PE malware file hidden inside a PNG image using steganography. The unusual 31744x1 pixel PNG contained the executable in its second RGBA channel, with every fourth byte representing malware data.
