Ingredients:
⢠75g whole wheat flour⢠15g besan (gram flour)⢠1 handful of methi leaves (fenugreek leaves), chopped⢠1 tbsp curd⢠Less than ¼ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)⢠1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped⢠1 pinch jeera powder⢠¼ tsp garam masala⢠Red chilli powder ā as per taste⢠Salt ā as per taste⢠1 green chilli (optional), finely chopped⢠¼ tsp sesame oil⢠Water ā as needed to knead the dough
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add a little water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
3. Let the dough rest for 10ā15 minutes.
4. Divide it into small balls and roll them into parathas.
5. Cook each paratha on a hot tawa using a little oil or ghee until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm with curd, pickle, or chutney! šæ
