Nihari from Pakistan 🇵🇰 First time trying, so delicious 🤤

My new favorite dish: Nihari from Pakistan 🇵🇰 It just packs so much flavor and doesn't carry the heaviness that a lot of the other curries or stews carry, since it is thickened with a flour slurry instead of coconut milk/cream/yoghurt, just makes you want to keep going back for more 🤤 definitely a must try if you can get your hand on Nihari masala, or if there's a Pakistani restaurant near you #nihari #pakistani #pakistanifood #beefstew #recipeoftheday
