Let's see how to download view only restricted pdf documents from google drive...
Softwares Required!
# Microsoft Office Bundle
# Any Browser... which support Inspect Element feature.(Google Chrome not recommend..)
# IDM (Internet Download Manager) http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/download.html
Steps@_____!!
1. Open the view only document in browser.
2. Right click & Inspect Element.
3. Switch to Network tab.
4. Then just Refresh/Reload the page/tab.
(!) You can see transferring of data between your browser and server.
5. Just move the cursor above the list appear in it.
(!) When you move pointer above the row in list_
A GET to server starting with img?id.... and type is png.
The small pop up with image of page will be shown...
6. Right click and select copy URL of it.
Now, either you can do the downloading manually by loading the url copied in a new tab.
OR
By using IDM (Internet Download Manager).
Using IDM@_____!!
1. Open IDM and select Add batch download from Tasks in Menu bar.
2. The URL you just copied will be automatically appear in Address.If not there, paste it.
3. Move to page attribute in URL, replace the value with '*'.
i.e,
example : https://drive.google.com/viewerng/img?id=(____Resource ID____)&page=0&skiphighlight=true&w=800
change page=*
Now, https://drive.google.com/viewerng/img?id=(____Resource ID____)&page=0&skiphighlight=true&w=800
4. Give To = total_page - 1
Because, the page attribute value start from 0.
5. Click OK.
6. Select the destination file directory in which files to be stored.
7. Give appropriate name pattern for file.
Better it to be *.png
8. Click OK,in the pop up window also.
9. Press Ctrl+A to select all and right click and select Resume Download.
You may want to repeat this step to download full until all are downloaded.
10. Go to the directory in which files are saved and rename and add prefix 0 for images having names 0 to 9.
This is to maintain it sorted correctly.
11. Open any one in Microsoft Office by right clicking it and via open with__.
12. Change the view to Thumbnail View.
13. Select all by pressing Ctrl+A.
14. Ctrl+P to Print and Choose Microsoft Print to PDF.
15. Set appropriate Paper size and Choose Full page photo.
16. Click Print and Enter the File name for the PDF.

Manual Method@_____!!
1. Open the copied URL in a new tab with page attribute = 0 for first page.
2. Save the loaded image as file name 00.png by right click and save image as.
3. Increment the page attributre +1 to load the next page.
4. Save the image as file name 1.png
5. Repeat step 3 and save it, example: 00,01,02,03,04,...
10. Go to the directory in which files are saved. (add prefix 0 for images having names 0 to 9)
This is to maintain it sorted correctly.
