HOW I EAT 1400 CALORIES IN A DAY π₯
I am currently just over 4 weeks out and in a depletion phase.
As I'm someone who's extremely food focused, I've set myself a routine to follow every single day which includes eating the same food, eating at the same time, and doing the same things, because this has really helped me take my focus away from food.
But in saying that, I've still made it foods that I enjoy and I've chosen foods that are as low calorie and high volume as possible.
So this is what I've been doing and eating nearing the first competition of the season!
My protocols for the 5 depletion were:
1410 calories (85c / 30f / 200p)
10k steps per day
5 x 30 minutes cardio session at 130-140 bpm
DISCLAIMER: I would not recommend eating at such a deficit for a prolonged period of time unless you know what you're doing or have an expert guiding you as these calories are dangerously low.
