8th Pay Commission has started working in full digital mode and now you can track every official update on the portal. In this video, I show you how to use the official 8th CPC website apc.gov.in, where you can check Terms of Reference, composition, contacts, repository of past Pay Commissions, and the latest submission options.
Key deadline: Memorandum submission is open till 30 April 2026. Any association, union, organisation, pensioners body, or interested stakeholder must submit demands only through the online portal before the last date.
Big update: The 8th CPC has published its visit calendar on the website. The first state visit shown in the calendar is Dehradun, Uttarakhand on 24 April 2026. If you want an appointment to meet the Commission team during this visit, you must email the request on time as per the notice. In the uploaded notice, the appointment request deadline is 10 April 2026, and the contact email shown is [manish.1975@nic.in](mailto:manish.1975@nic.in).
Important context: The online questionnaire response window that was extended up to 31 March 2026 is now closed. So the next major opportunity is the memorandum route, plus in person meetings through scheduled visits.
What you will learn in this video:
1. Where to find the 8th CPC calendar on apc.gov.in
2. How to identify meeting types by colour and symbols
3. How to open the event and download the official notice
4. How to request an appointment for the Dehradun visit
5. How to stay alert for upcoming state visits and Delhi meetings
If you are not comfortable with digital submission, take help from your family, friends, or colleagues. The process is now fully online, so missing a deadline can mean missing your chance to present your demand.
