केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स के लिए बड़ी राहत की खबर सामने आ रही है, जहां 8वें वेतन आयोग को लेकर गतिविधियां तेज हो गई हैं। NC-JCM की ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी 13 अप्रैल 2026 को अहम बैठक करने जा रही है, जिसमें साझा ज्ञापन को अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा। इस ज्ञापन में वेतन, पेंशन, भत्तों और सेवा शर्तों से जुड़ी मांगों को शामिल किया जाएगा। कर्मचारी संगठन 3.15 फिटमेंट फैक्टर की मांग कर रहे हैं, जबकि विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार यह 2.50 से अधिक हो सकता है। अगर ऐसा होता है तो कर्मचारियों की बेसिक सैलरी में बड़ा इजाफा संभव है। हालांकि सरकार की ओर से अभी तक कोई आधिकारिक घोषणा नहीं हुई है, लेकिन रिपोर्ट 2027 तक आने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। कर्मचारियों की नजर अब 13 अप्रैल की बैठक पर टिकी है, जो वेतन वृद्धि की दिशा तय कर सकती है।

A major update has emerged for central government employees and pensioners as discussions around the 8th Pay Commission gain momentum. The NC-JCM drafting committee is scheduled to hold an important meeting on April 13, 2026, where a joint memorandum covering salary, pension, allowances, and service conditions will be finalized. Employee unions are demanding a fitment factor of 3.15, while experts believe it could be above 2.50, potentially leading to a significant increase in basic salaries. Although the government has not made any official announcement yet, the commission’s report is expected by 2027.
