8th Pay Commission Fitment Factor: देश के करीब 50 लाख केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों (Central Government Employees) और करीब 69 लाख पेंशनर्स (Pension) के लिए साल-2026 उम्मीदों से भरा है। इसी साल से केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों (Central Employees) और पेंशनधारकों के वेतन में बढ़ोतरी की उम्मीदें हैं। हालांकि होने वाली बढ़ोतरी का लाभ इन्हें शायद इस वर्ष से मिलना शुरु नहीं होगा, लेकिन वेतन और पेंशन में होने वाली बढ़ोतरी का ऐरियर इसी साल से जोड़ कर उनके खातों में भेजा जा सकता है। 8वें वेतन आयोग (Eighth Pay Commission) को लेकर वेतन विशेषज्ञों और जानकारों ने संभावना जताई है, अबकि बार केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के वेतन (Salary Hike) में भारी बढ़ोतरी (Central Government Employees Salary Hike) हो सकती है। इसके लिए फिटमेंट फैक्टर (Fitment Factor) भी 2.50 से लेकर 3.00 के बीच रहने का अनुमान जताया जा रहा है। अब आठवें वेतन आयोग (8th Pay Commission) से आपके बेसिक पे (Basic Pay Hike) में कितनी बढ़ोतरी की संभवना है.. चलिए इसको विस्तार से समझते हैं।
