Qatar International School is a British International school and one of the most prestigious and accredited schools in Qatar. Located in Dafna, Doha, QIS was founded by the Owner Sheikh Ali bin Ahmed bin Thani Al Thani and the Griffin family in 1977, which also makes it one of the first British schools in the country. From its early beginnings, it has now grown into one of the largest and most successful schools in Qatar with over 2,000 students on roll and some world leading achievements.
