Ciphers and Cryptography with cardboard #cryptography

My hobby of amateur cryptography when I was in a halfway-house, and could only order pizza. These Wheel Ciphers, aka Code Wheels, are based on an abbreviated alphabet of 23 phonetic letters. I chose 23 partly because it is a prime number.
