A secure attachment is a “confidence and trust in the goodness of me, you, us” that a person carries throughout their daily life. It is the sense of being loved and supported no matter what happens. And when children feel secure, a world of possibilities opens up. I've got two teens who are products of this who are now some of the most secure and confident individuals who have no problem doing things out in their own and thinking they can take over the world!
