The leaders of Turkey, Italy and Libya’s Tripoli government held a trilateral meeting in Istanbul on Friday. The meeting focused on migration and security in Libya. The country plunged into chaos after a NATO-backed uprising toppled and killed longtime dictator Moammar Gadhafi in 2011.
