Always has all the equipment needed to do everything asked to have checked and will work over his allotted time to make sure every aspect of the inspection is covered, to include explaining to the customer what is the best maintenance of the particular home to keep it in good condition. Very easy going and personable, and not an alarmist. As we all know there is not anything with a home that is not correctable."
