Luxor has 4,497 hotel rooms and features a 30 story pyramid that is the 4th tallest in the world. On top of the pyramid is one of the brightest light beam in the world. Over the year, the light beam has been dimmed down to conserve energy. Luxor is located on the Las Vegas Strip between Mandalay Bay Las Vegas and Excalibur Las Vegas. Luxor Las Vegas is home to shows like Carrot Top, Fantasy, and Blue Man Group. BODIES | The Exhibition and Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition are two of the exhibitions at Luxor. Some notable restaurants are TENDER steakhouse + lounge and The Buffet at Luxor. Play Playground, an immersive playground for adults 21 years old and over opened in January 2024. America’s Got Talent presents Super Stars Live closed in May 2024. Particle Ink, an immersive attraction/performance show opened in April 2024 at the Luxor and closed in the Fall of 2024. The Buffet at Luxor closed for good on March 30, 2025.
