If you’re new to my channel, I’m Jesse Itzler. I’ve built and sold 5 companies, run 100-mile races, have 4 kids, and written New York Times bestselling books. I've built a life around one idea: build your life resume.

I’m also the co-founder of Marquis Jet (sold to Berkshire Hathaway), co-owner of the Atlanta Hawks, and partner at ZICO Coconut Water (sold to Coca-Cola). But most importantly—I make time to do things most people only dream of: living with monks, creating a family summer camp, and building the world’s largest sauna.

22 Years Old: Graduated college and started rapping under the name Jesse Jaymes. Got a record deal.
24: Co-wrote the New York Knicks theme song "Go NY Go."
25: Launched a private jet company (Marquis Jet) with no aviation background.
33: Sold Marquis Jet to Warren Buffett’s company, NetJets.
35: Partnered with ZICO Coconut Water.
37: Sold ZICO to Coca-Cola.
40s: Became part owner of the Atlanta Hawks.
44: Wrote Living With a SEAL — it became a New York Times bestseller.
46: Created 29029 Everesting, an endurance event where you climb the vertical equivalent of Mt. Everest.
48: Wrote Living With the Monks and launched Build Your Life Resume, my signature coaching program.

Today: I make videos to help people live with more adventure, purpose, and urgency. I speak on stages around the world, run ultramarathons, and try to do something every year that scares me.
