Travel tip number 1️⃣ happens late afternoon while touring: add half of a hydration packet to a bottle of water IF YOU CAN FIND ONE. And drink the rest in another bottle the next hour. It just gives you a boost over that hump of falling asleep while waiting for your food like my friend Hunter did in Venice.
2️⃣ A second tip to help with jet lag is to buy local snacks to eat in the middle of the night that first night and try to go back to sleep.
