Welcome back! Today, I’m dining at Core by Clare Smyth, London’s three Michelin-starred restaurant from one of the UK’s most acclaimed chefs.

Known for their elegant precision, ingredient-led menus, and a focus on British produce at its absolute best, Core represents the pinnacle of modern fine dining in the UK.

This was one of my favourite menus in London currently; refined, confident, and beautifully executed . Every dish showed balance, depth, and artistry.
