3 dead in Russian cluster bomb attack in Ukraine

Three people are killed following a Russian cluster munition attack in Kherson, Ukraine. The new deaths bring the total number of fatalities for the day to six. Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported heavy shelling in Kherson's Chornobayivka suburb, damaging over 60 buildings. Both Russia and Ukraine use cluster munitions that have indiscriminate impact on civilians.
