Shankar allows Amar to join the Police Academy, and upon returning, Amar discovers a crime network that includes Shankar and Seetharam, a multi-millionaire businessman. Amar is made syndicate's crimes, and the story follows his struggle to expose the truth and fight against the corrupt system.
