2025 CIF-SS Girls D3 XC Championships 🏃‍♀️

This is the Girls D3 race at the 2025 CIF-Southern Section Ford Cross Country Championships, held at Mt SAC on November 22. CIF-ss Finals decides on team and individual Southern Section champions for all 5 divisions. The meet also determines who will represent Southern Section at the CIF State meet. The top 7 teams in each division qualify for State. Individuals not on a team qualifier but who place in the top 20 also qualify for State as individuals. Due to heavy rain in the days prior to the meet and unsafe conditions on the traditional Mt SAC course, the "rain course" was used for this meet. It is all hard surface and 3 miles. Carol Dye ran a tactical race where she stayed in the lead pack waiting till the she hit the track to surge to the front and win!! Watch till the end to hear her thoughts on the race!!
