[Comment: Kia started making the Optima in 2000. This model is part of the fourth generation of the car. Why is this important? Well, I don't know about you, but I don't want to be an early adopter for something this expensive. I want to see a history of reliablity in any car I purchase and I think Kia has accomplish that with the Optima.]

Engine: 2.4L 4-cylinder engine (DOHC, four valves / cylinder)
Transmission: 6-speed automatic
Horsepower: 185 hp
MPG City: 24 city
MPG Highway: 33 highway
Fuel Tank Capacity: 18.5 gallons
Cost for a full tank: $1.95 gallon x 18.5 = $36.07

Handling: Smooth. Comfortable around corners. But not as stable as the 2019 Impala.

Acceleration: Good, but not great. Smooth, but not fun.
