Congressman Adam Smith, ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, discussed the likelihood of armed conflict developing between the United States and Venezuela. "I think the administration does not want to go to war with Venezuela," said Smith. "But then again, President Trump is rather known for his . . . chaotic approach to things.
