Welcome to the video where we count down the 10 smallest incorporated towns! This time we visit Illinois. The Prairie State did not disappoint as we started in a couple towns with 38 people and went all the way down to 14! Many of these are river towns, but we found a good variety from all around the state. Hopefully you enjoy taking this stroll around to find the tiniest incorporated places!
