1. Introduction to Mathematical Logic and Set Theory

This video describes the general objectives of both Math 125A -- Intro Mathematical Logic and Math 135 -- Intro to Set Theory: To build a formal system where one can develop mathematics. Each course will concentrate on a different aspect of this formal system. The former will concentrate on the language and the rules, and the latter on the axioms.
