Fuel | Petrol price increase set to take effect from midnight

Motorists should brace themselves for a petrol price increase, which is set to take effect from midnight. The Department of Minerals and Petroleum has released its latest fuel price adjustments for the month of July. The retail price of 93 octane petrol is set to go up by 55 cents per litre and 95 octanes by 52 cents. Diesel 50 ppm will increase by 84 cents, while 500 ppm diesel will cost 82 cents more.
