Lord Krishna used the term 'Ahankara' in the 27th sloka of third chapter. ప్రకృతేః క్రియమాణాని, గుణైః కర్మాణి సర్వశః |
అహంకార విమూఢాత్మా, కర్తాఽహమితి మన్యతే ॥

ahanka:ra vimu:dda:thma:, kartha::ham ithi manyathe: ||

प्रकृतेः क्रियमाणानि, गुणैः कर्माणि सर्वशः ।
