That Mumbai's Realty sector continues to be buzzing with activity is visible from the large number of housing construction activities that are currently taking place in almost every ward in the city and suburbs. Every other week, one comes across advertisements announcing new projects, commercial, residential and even retail. On the residential front, the developers are offering a host of options in different segments such as luxury, premium, compact, affordable, second homes, and mass housing. And the most interesting fact is that there are takers for such offerings.
