When tabling the 13th Malaysian Plan (RMK13) in Parliament on Thursday (July 31), he said since its launch in April 2024, Kuala Lumpur’s position in the 2025 Global Startup Ecosystem Report has risen to 68th place, with 4,464 registered startups.
