Workout deets, 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets:
1. Foot elevated lateral lunges
2. Hammie curls
3. Lunge step ups
4. Straddle sumo squats
5. Deficit RDLS
6. Froggers
7. Hip thrust
8. Box jump squats
Remember, mind-muscle connection - MMC. It's not how much you lift, but HOW you lift
