Sen. Raffy Tulfo hit over criticisms on Cebu buses

The Cebu Provincial Capitol slams Sen. Raffy Tulfo’s criticisms of the Cebu North Bus Terminal (CNBT), calling his April 4 inspection misinformed and publicity-driven. Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia said Tulfo lacked context when he questioned restroom fees, terminal conditions, and charges on V-hire drivers. She stressed that public trust shouldn’t be sacrificed for viral content. The Capitol defended its partnership with Mister Loo Philippines, citing its legality under RA 11311. CEO Andreas Wanner, who flew in from Thailand, called Tulfo’s approach 'astonishing.'
