¼ cup Pigeon Peas
¼ cup Split Green Moong
¾ cup Basmati Rice (washed)
1 Potato (peeled & chopped)
½ cup Green Peas
1 Carrot (chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ghee
2½ cups Water

1½ tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 inch Cinnamon
3 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
2 Dried Red Chillies
½ tsp Asafoetida
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 Onion (chopped)
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tomato (chopped)
