Texas Immigration Law Blocked Again by Federal Court 🚫

A federal appeals court ruled that Texas' law allowing state authorities to arrest migrants suspected of illegally entering the US will remain blocked. The law was briefly in effect last week after the Supreme Court allowed it but is now on hold again under the appeals court order. The appeals court cited a past ruling that struck down parts of Arizona's strict immigration law including arrest power.
