The subcompact crossover class has become hotly contested in the past few years, and the vehicles here, with attention-grabbing design, a wide spread of tech and features, and competitive pricing, don’t look or feel as entry-level as their price tags may suggest.

Among Chinese subcompact crossovers, the Geely Coolray won our Big Test earlier this year against the MG ZS, so it’ll be the GS3 Emzoom’s logical target.
