Tears as Philippines' ABS-CBN forced to shuts regional stations

Television presenter Dhobie de Guzman's voice nearly broke as he introduced the last newscast for TV Patrol North Luzon, one of over a dozen regional programs of broadcast giant ABS-CBN that was forced to shut down after the Philippine Congress denied its license renewal.
