Info from Licensor: "Superman push ups were a part of my training regime, I trained very hard to be able to perform these push ups. I wanted to do something amazing on those peaks and summits which was rare and challenging at the same time. Burpees were the first thing that came to my mind but later I convinced myself to attempt Super Man Push ups instead. I consider myself really lucky to be able to pull off something as intense as this. It took me months of practice to master these intense push ups. This was one of the best things I ever did in my life!"
