Deepak (Abhishek) and his wife Neeta (Geetanjali) along with their son leave Bombay and move to a village where they lead a happy life. Ajit Kumar a land lord got sight on beautiful Neeta and their farm. Situations become worse when Deepak dies in an accident leaving Neeta and their son alone. Now a stranger enters to take care of them. Who is this stranger? Whether he would be able to suppress the land lord ? Is Deepak's death an accident or a murder?
